About Our Founder

Sarah is a dedicated performance and wellness coach with a rich background in athletics, strength and conditioning, and holistic nutrition. A former collegiate tennis athlete, she has built a diverse career spanning assistant sports coaching, personal training, and high-performance coaching. Sarah has worked with a wide range of individuals, from teenage athletes to elite Division I competitors at Liberty University, where she served as a strength and conditioning coach. Her experience also includes training military personnel for specific position needs alongside the general population seeking improved health.

With a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning, Sarah blends scientific expertise with a practical and sustainable approach. Over the past decade she has honed her varied skills creating health or performance strategies, adapting with ease to the client’s needs. Sarah founded Holistik Collective to help women reignite their passion for fitness while deepening their connection to their values. Through her work, Sarah empowers women to embrace movement, nourishment, and mindset shifts that lead to lasting transformation.

In addition to running her business, Sarah is the admin for her parent’s organically-operated blueberry farm, and strives to serve the local East Tennessee community through various outreach opportunities. In her spare time, Sarah can often be found whipping up nutritious recipes in the kitchen, walking her dog, Nica, or spending time with her family both near and far.
