Throughout my experience in collegiate athletics - both as an athlete and coach - I noticed a concerning trend that ultimately led me to the creation of Holistik Collective. Athletes poured their hearts and souls into perfecting their craft, but when it came time to enter a new phase of life, the lack of routine, challenge, and comradery left a hole where fulfillment once lived.

Athletics are challenging and exciting, especially when surrounded by like-minded individuals who push you to be the best you can be, but what happens when you graduate, become a businesswoman working 10+ hour days, or a Mom with the demands of a family and spouse?

How do you find time to workout without feeling guilty for making your needs a priority?
