FAQs
How do I get started?
If you’re unsure how to begin, book a free consult or complete the contact form here! We’re always happy to help you choose the right option.
What if I’ve never worked out before?
We’ve coached everyone from elite athletes to individuals prioritizing their health for the first time in their 50’s. Women of all ages and stages are welcome!
Do you still take current athletes?
Absolutely. We encourage serious athletes to schedule an initial consult being ready to talk about specific goals in mind and sports background (i.e. injuries, concerns, career aspirations, etc.)
Why are there transaction fees?
We are a small business, and while we’d be happy providing our services for free because we love what we do, our local grocery store cashiers don’t accept smiles in exchange for food. We’re grateful to have such incredible platforms at our disposal (CoachRX, Stripe, SquareSpace, etc.), and to keep our business running relatively “glitch-free”, we pay top-dollar so you receive consistent service each and every day.
What is remote coaching?
With 1-on-1 coaching we create programming and make it available to our athletes through an app called CoachRX. The athletes complete their workouts, log daily results, upload videos when needed, write comments and even send messages to their coach through the app.
Is there a monthly fee?
That depends (we know, everyone’s least favorite answer, LOL). If you purchase a freestyle plan, you complete it on your own, no coaching involved, no recurring fees. If you choose either the personalized coaching (working with a specific coach), or join our remote group training crew, there is a monthly fee.
What if I need to cancel due to financial hardship?
We are all facing difficulties, thanks to inflation and rising costs of living nationwide.
That said, if you’re one of our dedicated athletes but you’re having to go without basic necessities, we’d like to reach out to our network on your behalf and inquire whether another member would be willing to sponsor you, either partially or in full. Health shouldn’t be a financial decision; talk with us, and let us know if we can help.
